Manage data without deleting your account
OpenSafety Applications operates the OpenSafety - Healthcare Network app. You can control much of your data inside the app without closing your account:
- Profile: Edit your name, phone, workplace, photo, and other profile fields from your profile page.
- Drafts: Delete unsubmitted ADR or PQC drafts before submitting.
- Social content: Delete your posts or messages where the app provides a delete option.
- Push notifications: Turn off notifications in device settings or in the App.
Request access, correction, or deletion of specific data
To exercise privacy rights (access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account), email:
Please include:
- The email address registered on your OpenSafety account
- What you are requesting (for example, a copy of your data or correction of your phone number)
- Enough detail for us to locate the information
We may verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We aim to respond within 30 days (or as required by your local law).
Note: Submitted ADR and PQC safety reports may not be erasable if retention is required by pharmacovigilance law. We will explain what can and cannot be deleted in our reply.
Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your account and associated data, use the in-app flow described on our Delete your account page.
